Dated Office Block to Interior Design Hub

To page through the “before and after” pictures of this refurbishment project is to see a tired old office block transformed into a slick, cutting edge landmark. 14 Kramer is situated in the centre of a flourishing interior design hub in Kramerville, Sandton and it houses offices, retail space and manufacturing space.

This is one of the architect’s favourite projects and was completed in 2016. Key elements that makes this project stand out from its surrounds are the accentuated protruding windows combined with smooth surfaces, industrial feel finishes and the beautiful art deco style entrance emphasized by corrugated iron cladding.
