Processing Time

Because many of our items are handcrafted with care, please note the difference between stock and custom orders:

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 2–3 business days.
• Made-to-Order / Handcrafted Items: Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipping. We prioritize quality craftsmanship over speed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We use trusted courier partners to ensure your package arrives safely, regardless of your location.

South Africa (Domestic):

• We utilize reliable local couriers for door-to-door delivery.
• Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International:

• We ship worldwide using reputable global carriers.
• Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, please note that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are determined by your local customs office.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
